Where do we start with this home? Do we have a chat about the fantastic location or the apartment itself? Let’s begin with the beautiful views of the canal from the living room – you’ll love watching the gondolas glide past. If you’re here in summer, you’ll be glad to know that this apartment has air conditioning too. What about the address then? Well, it’s just over a five-minute walk from Rialto Bridge and just over a ten-minute stroll to Piazza San Marco.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home. There are also five steps down from the front door of this apartment into the hall.
*You won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*This accommodation does not accept bookings from groups of young people (up to 18 years old).
*Parking in Venice can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
*It's worth noting that the mattresses here are on the firmer side, so not everyone might find them comfortable.

*Your host can arrange a two-hour gondola tour for €65 per person. They can also arrange walking tours, excursions, guided trips, and romantic dinners for an additional fee.
Cancellation Policy (Reasonable):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
