A private beach on the shores of Lake Como? If that's not the definition of relaxing, we don't know what it is. Consisting of two separate apartments, this lakefront home, just a fifteen-minute drive from Bellagio, is perfect for exploring the region. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a breezy living area, and spectacular views. You can enjoy the panoramas from the balconies or, better yet, pad down to the beach and stretch out at the water's edge. Four guests will sleep on double sofa beds in the living area, but that's a worthwhile compromise when the beach is on your doorstep.
*This home consists of two apartments. Each apartment has an open-plan living area with a kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms. The twin bedrooms can be arranged with double beds upon request. At full capacity, four guests will sleep on sofa beds.
*The host can provide a baby cot and a high chair, at an extra cost.
*The design here lacks some homely touches, making it a better fit for shorter visits.
*Please note that there are external stairs to climb here.
*Both apartments have a floor cooling system, which may take longer to cool compared to traditional air conditioning.
*Private parking is available here. We suggest hiring a car to make the most of the location.
