Bright and contemporary, this apartment is an ideal base for a family stay in Italy. But, the outdoor space is the star of the show for us. With views across Lake Como that take in Varenna, Bellagio, and Menaggio, it’s just the spot for relaxing over dinner and soaking up the sun. You’ll also benefit from a communal swimming pool when you stay here – or if you prefer, head to the nearby beach of Lido di Varenna, just 1.5 kilometres away, to cool off in the sea.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on sofa beds. There is a single sofa bed in each of the double bedrooms – in the second bedroom, it restricts wardrobe space.
*The communal swimming pool is only available for use between 1st June and 30th September.
*There's free parking in the private garage of this apartment building.

Cancellation Policy (Reasonable):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
