*While this home can accommodate up to ten guests, please note it is only suitable for eight adults.
*Housekeeping is provided one day per week. A weekly linen and towel change is also included for stays longer than seven days.

Cancellation Policy (Reasonable 60 Day):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 60 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellations requested within 60 days of local check-in date and time.
