*This is a studio apartment so the bed is a Murphy bed in the living space.\n*You’ll have access to the communal garden. \n*There are double-glazed windows to reduce noise from the street, but given the central location there’s a chance you may hear some noise during your stay – light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.\n*Your host aims to meet all guests in person, but they're happy to organise self-check-in depending on your arrival time and situation. This will be agreed upon in advance.\n*Essentials such as toiletries, tea, and coffee are provided. However, you'll need to bring your own detergent if you plan to do laundry.\n*Netflix is available on the TV – just sign in with your own account to start watching.

Cancellation Policy (Moderate):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 30 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 7 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 7 days of local check-in date and time.
