If you're after canal views, this apartment more than delivers. Perch on the chair in the picture window, a glass of wine in hand, and watch the gondolas glide right past – sounds like pure bliss. The scenery is certainly a showstopper, but the rest of the apartment is just as charming. We love the wooden beams and terrazzo Veneziano tiles. And, of course, the location speaks for itself. The famous San Marco Square is a fifteen-minute stroll away, while Cannaregio's canalside eateries are also within easy reach.
*A sofa bed is available upon request. Speak to your host before booking if you’d like to use it.
*There isn’t a washing machine here, but there are launderettes in the local area.
*This apartment is on the ground floor. We think it’d be a good fit for guests who struggle with stairs.

Cancellation Policy (Super Firm):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 14 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 14 days of local check-in date and time.
