Nestled in the heart of Como, this light-filled apartment promises a serene stay. Both sleeping areas are semi-open to the rest of the home, so we think this pad is best suited to family or friends who are happy to share their space. And what a space it is – light and bright, you’ll find everything needed for a comfortable stay here. The cherry on top? We love the private rooftop balcony. With views stretching across the city, it’ll have you itching to explore Como in no time.
*The bedroom on the first level is open to the living area, while the bedroom on the second level is accessed via a spiral staircase with no door to the room. In both cases, privacy is limited.
*The ceiling in some areas is on the low side. It might not be suitable for taller guests.
*A washing machine is available upon request.
*Parking in Como can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.

*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones for an additional fee of €20 each per stay upon request.

Cancellation Policy (Reasonable):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
