With its unique layout, the villa is based on the ground floor, with a separate terrace area on the first floor – just the spot to soak in the hot tub or enjoy an alfresco meal. If you’d rather cool off in the heat of the day, the communal pools will be right up your street. Keen to explore? Roccalbegna is around a sixteen-minute drive away, or you can head further south to Saturnia for an invigorating day out where a visit to the hot springs is a must.
*You'll need to be able to climb steps to access this home. The villa itself is on one level, with further stairs leading to the first-floor terrace.
*This home is set on a resort alongside neighbouring homes. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay.
*You'll have access to three on-site swimming pools here, open between May and October. They're shared with the resort's other residents.
*The swimming pools aren't fenced. If you're bringing children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The en-suite showers are open to the bedrooms, so privacy is limited.
*While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find a communal washing machine within the resort.
