Perfectly situated between Florence and Arezzo, this home promises both tranquillity and convenience.
*This villa is set on a vineyard.
*The swimming pool is 70 metres away from the villa, across the vineyard. A golf buggy is available should you wish to use it to reach the pool.
*The pool, open from May to September, isn't fenced. If you're bringing children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair upon request.
*One well-behaved dog (up to 30kg) is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. On-site parking is available for five cars here.
