A dreamy stay awaits at this modern villa. The location is perfect for exploring Sicily – Fontane Bianche Beach is just 80 metres away, and Syracuse is a thirty-minute drive. Back home, you'll be spoilt for choice in the amenities department. Take your pick between an infinity pool with sea views and a shallow relaxation pool, or unwind in the two Jacuzzis – one is on the roof terrace, the other just off the main suite. There's also a poolside bar, a massage cabana (you can hire a massage therapist for a fee), and an outdoor cinema area. Factor in the contemporary interiors and it's no surprise it caught our eye.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones upon request.\n*The third bedroom can be arranged with either two single beds or one king-sized bed. Let your host know your preference upon booking.\n*There are two pools here. One is in an infinity pool (1.4m deep), and the other is a shallow relaxation pool (0.6m deep).\n*This villa is set over one level, though you'll need to climb stairs to reach the roof terrace.\n*We suggest hiring a car in this area. Private parking is available for three cars. There's also an 11KW EV charger.\n*Security cameras cover the perimeter fences and parking area.\n*Your host asks that you respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 11pm and 7am as well as between 1:30pm and 4pm.\n*There are some friendly cats from the neighbouring villas which occasionally may wander in the garden.
