From the private balcony, you can drink in views of Lake Como – just the spot for a morning coffee or evening limoncello. And if that doesn’t tick all your holiday boxes, there’s a communal swimming pool to enjoy here too, perfect to beat the heat of the day.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*You'll have access to the on-site swimming pool here. It's shared with the building's other residents.
*The communal pool isn't fenced. If you're travelling with little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.

Cancellation Policy (Reasonable):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
