This contemporary apartment is located in Via Tommaso Grossi in Como, offering panoramic views of the city and lake from the communal rooftop terrace. We love the sleek interiors of this home, which provides a comfortable stay for a family or group of friends. Just note – as a party of five, two people will draw the short straw and sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Still, it’s a sacrifice we’d be willing to make for this pad’s enviable location. If the views tempt you out for a meander, you’ll find Como at your feet just waiting to be explored.

*Parking in Como can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.

Cancellation Policy (Reasonable):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
