Echo of the Water
Now that's what we call a view. Located in the charming town of Nesso, this apartment offers breathtaking views of Lake Como. You can admire the panoramas from the balcony, or watch the waves roll in while swimming in the shared pool. Vistas aside, the apartment is sleek and contemporary. There's a sofa bed for a third guest, but we think it would be a better fit for two. In terms of location, Como is twenty minutes away, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the region.
*At full capacity, one guest will sleep on a sofa bed in the living room.
*The swimming pool is shared with other guests. It's open from May to October, between 8am and 7pm.
*Parking is provided, but the space is quite far from the apartment. The building is located on a hill, and the parking area is at the bottom of the slope. The local area is also quite hilly, so it may not be suitable for those who struggle with limited mobility.
*The wi-fi can be temperamental here. It might be worth bringing a personal hotspot device with you if you know you'll need to access the internet.

Cancellation Policy (Reasonable):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
