A short stroll from the shoreline, this villa makes it easy to slip into holiday mode. There’s a private pool lined with sun beds, an outdoor kitchen, and a large upper balcony for sunset spritzes or laid-back alfresco dinners. Inside, the space is bright and comfortable, with two doubles, a twin room and a triple that’s ideal for families travelling with kids. You’re well placed for exploring the island too, with the historic towns of Modica, Noto and Syracuse all within easy driving distance.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st April and 31st October.
*There are two bathrooms with showers located in the house and a separate WC outside – perfect for pool days.
*One of the bedrooms is a triple with a double and a single bed – it's not the most private set up, but ideal for families.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay. *Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's private parking on-site.
