At full capacity, two guests will share the double sofa bed and one will sleep on a single futon in the living room. It means a bit of sharing, but the incredible setting more than makes up for it. Whether you’re exploring nearby baroque towns or simply soaking up the sun, this is a place to slow down, reconnect, and savour Sicily at its finest.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed and one will sleep on a single futon in the living area.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*For those with reduced mobility, there are ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms here.
*The fifth bathroom is by the pool area – ideal after a swim or time in the garden.
*There’s free parking at the property.
*While not all bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.

Cancellation Policy (Moderate):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 30 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 7 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 7 days of local check-in date and time.
