*This apartment is on the first floor of an old Victorian house. There isn't a lift, so be prepared to climb stairs.
*As this is a studio apartment, space is a little tight.
*While there are no in-unit laundry facilities here, you will find a communal laundry room with a washing machine and dryer on the first floor of the building. It's shared with other guests.
*Please note that there's a camera monitoring the building's entrance, as well as a few in the communal corridors. The apartment also has a decibel monitor.
