This sun-soaked villa is your perfect escape on the Adriatic coast. Spend lazy afternoons by the private pool or enjoy alfresco meals under the shady porch. You can even rally the group for tennis or five-a-side football on your very own private court. Inside, you'll find generous living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and bright, comfy bedrooms. The garden is ideal for lounging, while nearby cycle paths invite exploration. Venice, Treviso and the renowned Prosecco region of Montello Hills are within easy reach for day trips. You might want to hire a car to get the best out of your stay. But with so much to discover, it’ll be more than worth it.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in a downstairs bedroom. You can also add an additional single bed in both the fourth and fifth upstairs bedrooms, though it may feel a bit tight with only two bathrooms.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 3rd May and 27th September. It isn't fenced, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.\t
**Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking at the property.
*Dogs are welcome (see additional fees below) but must stay on the ground floor.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*While two of the bedrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
