*This is a first-floor apartment in a historic Roman building – there’s no elevator, so you’ll need to climb a short flight of stairs.
*You’re just 200 metres from the Colosseum, so while the views are unbeatable, you might hear some city noise – though high-spec soundproof windows help keep things quiet inside.
*Parking in Rome can be tricky, so we recommend sticking to easily accessible public transport where possible.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
