You’ll have a private pool for blissful swims and there’s a heated hot tub as well as covered dining area with a barbecue for magical evening meals. Inside, the rooms have been thoughtfully curated to inspire instant relaxation with both bedrooms featuring en-suite bathrooms. Private parking is available and it’s just a short drive to the baroque towns of Ispica, Scicli and Modica.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room.
*Please note one of the bathrooms is located outside.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a high chair for free on request.

Cancellation Policy (Moderate):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 30 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 7 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 7 days of local check-in date and time.
