This Spanish-style villa in Miami is packed with high-end amenities and plenty of space to spread out. Inside, you'll find two living rooms, two dining areas, and a game room – ideal for groups or families. Outside, there’s a large pool, a hot tub, and a basketball/pickleball court, along with a covered barbecue and bar area perfect for relaxed evenings. Don't feel like cooking? Ask your host to arrange a private chef for the chef's kitchen. And while there’s plenty to keep you entertained at home, Downtown Miami and the beach are just a thirty-minute drive away.
*There’s free parking for up to five cars on the driveway.
*This home is equipped with a sensor that monitors decibel levels – it doesn't record audio, though. There are also security cameras on the outside of the property only.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay. You'll need to agree it in advance with your host.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The pool is cleaned every Monday and Thursday.
