You’ll find this penthouse apartment in the heart of Seville on the historic Feria Street. The pad has everything you need to show up and start living – there’s a well-equipped kitchen and two comfortable bedrooms. The fifth guest will sleep on the mezzanine level above the living area, so it’s not the most private and due to the sloping ceilings, we think the space is better suited for a child. Outside, you’ll find a furnished terrace – the ideal spot for sundowners. Head into your local area for shops, bars and restaurants or walk a little further for attractions such as the Cathedral, Alcázar and Metropol Parasol.
*At capacity, one guest will sleep on the mezzanine level. The ceilings are 1.60 metres high in parts, so it may be better suited for children.
*If you’ll be staying with a little one, your host can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*A housekeeping service and change of bed linen and towels takes place every six nights.
*As this home is located in a residential building, guests are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum from 11pm to 9am.

*There's no free parking at this home, but you can pay to use the nearby public car park, around a ten-minute walk away. *Your host can arrange luggage storage, airport transfers, a laundry service, public parking reservation management, and a breakfast, lunch and dinner service for an additional fee. *If you’ll be arriving from 9pm to midnight, you’ll be charged a late arrival fee of €30 and arrivals from midnight to 2am onwards will be charged €50. *Your host can arrange extra cleaning services for you here – it'll cost €12 + VAT per hour (for a minimum of two hours). *There may be some extra fees to pay here, such as charges for utilities, final cleaning fees, city tax and security deposits – all of which you may need to pay in cash to the homeowner. Please reach out during the booking process to confirm.
Cancellation Policy (Reasonable):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 5 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 5 days of local check-in date and time.
