Immersed in the green hills and vineyards surrounding Arezzo, this villa is a beautiful base for exploring Tuscany and Umbria. This is an eco-sustainable home that embraces green living – which is fitting considering the verdant surroundings. The lush garden is an idyllic spot for morning strolls, and the private pool is oh-so-tempting when the sun is shining. We love the dining area in the loggia, which overlooks the valley and boasts views of Arezzo too. The city is just 7 kilometres away, ideal for meals out and shopping trips.
*There’s free parking here. We recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay.
*This home is spread over two floors so may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility. There are two ground-floor bedrooms and bathrooms, though.
*The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 30th September.
*Your host can provide a cot for little ones for free.
*While not every bedroom or bathroom has been photographed, we expect the style and standard to be consistent with the rest of the home.
