Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, within walking distance of Terranuova Bracciolini and less than an hour's drive from Florence, this villa is ideally located for a large family or group of friends. Outside, you'll find sun loungers and a private pool, and there’s a sheltered pergola with a table seating ten, so the whole group can enjoy mealtimes together. Inside, the kitchen has plenty of prep space, and the bedrooms are traditional yet comfortable – though only one has air conditioning.
*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around. Parking is available on the premises.
*The swimming pool (open from May to September) isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. Your host can also provide three cots and two high chairs upon request.
*The host (and their dog and cat) live on-site in a separate building but you’ll have the pool all to yourself.
*One of the double beds can be arranged as two singles upon request.
