Fabulously located in the heart of Eixample, within easy walking distance of many of Barcelona's key sights, with a beautiful living space full of lovely period details and a spacious master-bedroom with its own private terrace, this home is a delight. Bedrooms two and three are both extremely small, but we won't hold this against an otherwise fab home. The living space might just be home to the most beautiful flooring in the Plum Collection – we are obsessed!
* The home is located on quite a busy road so there might be some traffic noise audible from inside
*Bedrooms 2 and 3 are extremely small and one of them doesn't have a proper window - these rooms would ideally be for children
* The bathrooms are modern and functional but let the side down a bit design-wise
* The electric blue panel on the kitchen wall is a bit inconsistent design-wise with the rest of the apartment
