Set in a serene spot near the Convent of the Eremite, this Venetian apartment drops you in a prime position for exploring the city. Peaceful yet close to many restaurants, shops, and attractions such as the Ca' Rezzonico Museum of 18th Century Art, you won’t find yourself lost for things to do here. You’ll need to climb the stairs to the first floor to access this fuss-free home, so it may not be the right fit for those with mobility issues. But peek out of the windows at the canal views and you’ll find the climb worth it.
*This home is on the first floor, with stair access only. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*While not all bathrooms are photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the second living area.
*The twin bedroom can be made into a double upon request. Just let your host know your preference when booking.
*The decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.

Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 30 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 7 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 7 days of local check-in date and time.
