Yet with an on-point location between the Dorsoduro's Guggenheim Collection and the waters of the Zattere promenade, as well as a private rooftop terrace to call yours here – the space is so much more than stylish interiors. After a day's excursions exploring the historic locale, drinks on the rooftop terrace are part of the appeal, or you might prefer to take a glass of prosecco to one of the luxurious bathtubs.
*The air conditioning is available from mid-April to mid-October.
*The home is spread across two floors without a lift, so it may not be suited to those with limited mobility.
*The third bedroom can be constructed with twin beds upon request.
