This colourful apartment in the heart of Venice is ideal for sharing among couples. Its interior is a tad dated, yet charming, and worth noting is that it’s located on the second floor with steps only. Having said that – we’re sure you’ll be busy sightseeing in a city as unique as this one, with some of its most famous landmarks, such as San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge, within walking distance. Looking to accommodate a larger group? There are two more apartments in this building which you can try to rent out.
*Your host operates several apartments here, so the exact view, layout and furnishings might differ slightly from the photos. *Expect to hear some street noise throughout your stay. *There's no lift here. You'll need to climb stairs to reach the home's entrance on the second floor. *The traditional decor might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts. *The compact kitchen isn't the biggest, but there are fantastic restaurants nearby. *The second bedroom lacks wardrobe space, so we'd recommend packing light. There also isn't a washing machine here. *Parking in Venice can be tricky, so we recommend using public transport, water taxis and exploring on foot.

Cancellation Policy (Firm):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 7 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 7 days of local check-in date and time.
