This apartment laid out over two floors sits in the restored home of a 15th-century Venetian Doge. Make your entrance by private water taxi and take in the elegant blend of modern and antique-inspired furnishings. The marble bathtub is a definite highlight, as is the Juliet balcony offering incredible canal views – best enjoyed over a glass of bubbly. The kitchenette is on the small side here, but you’ll find plenty of restaurants nearby. The home is also a breezy stroll to the nearest museum and the famous Rialto market, and there are three vaporetto (water bus) stops nearby for easy movement around the city.
*There are lots of stairs here, at the entrance and to the lower level where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. It may not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*While one of the bathrooms isn’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*You'll have a kitchenette. We think it's best suited to lighter bites rather than large meals.
*The heating works from mid-October to mid-April and the air conditioning works between mid-April to mid-October.
*There are no in-unit laundry facilities, but there are communal washing machines and dryers within the building.
*The building's courtyard terrace is only available to residents. As such, guests here won't have access to it.
