A stone's throw from the sea, this villa has an independent apartment on the ground floor and step access to the rest of the home. Part of a complex of maisonettes, you won't have perfect privacy and you may hear some noise from neighbours during your stay. But there are plenty of spots to relax both indoors and out with the private pool and space for alfresco dining. While you'll be right by the sea, you'll have to drive a short way up the road to the nearest sandy beach, which is the gorgeous Nea Skioni beach.
*This home is part of a complex, which has its own parking for residents. You might hear some noise from neighbours during your stay. The garden and pool are overlooked by the other maisonettes and there's the chance of seeing a neighbour or two through the windows, so it may not feel fully private.
*This home is spread over several levels – the ground floor is an independent apartment, making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.
*If you're travelling with little ones, you'll need to bring your own cot and high chair here. The pool here is unfenced, so children will need to be supervised when playing outside.
*We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the bathroom tiles look a little tired.
