This family villa in Rethymno puts you a short drive away from Stavromenos Beach and just a 200-metre stroll from the local village of Eleutherna with its shops, cafes and bakery, alongside the Eleftherna Archaeological Museum. With a private swimming pool, terrace and alfresco dining here, you'll get to balance chill-out pool days with exploring the local beaches and tourist hotspots of Crete. From the first-floor balconies, you'll benefit from pool and sea views in the distance, making it a serene spot to enjoy evening drinks at sunset. And while the ground floor open living area doesn't reflect tons of natural daylight, it's more than likely you'll spend much of your time lounging at the outdoor terrace lounge anyway.
*While not all bedrooms and bathrooms are photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free playpen and a high chair when requested in advance. Likewise, the swimming pool isn't fenced. Therefore children will need to be supervised at all times.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there's free parking on the premises.
*A cleaning service, including changing sheets and towels, occurs every three days. Meanwhile, pool cleaning and maintenance are done twice to thrice a week, depending on weather conditions.
*Drinks and basic cooking supplies are provided upon arrival.
