Set on a gently sloping hillside above the semi-circular bay of Vasiliki, this home has amazing views of the sandy, family-friendly beach of Ponti. There’s a sparkling private swimming pool and sun terrace for those long sunny days. Inside, the minimalist chalet-style decor lets the wonderful sea vistas do the talking. Location-wise, it’s 1.5 kilometres to the nearest taverna and 200 metres further to the sandy beach of Ponti (remember to wear comfy shoes if you decide to walk, as it's uphill on the way back). This area is perfect for wind and kite surfing, kayaking, yachting, and scuba diving too, making it a perfect base for active and leisure travellers alike.
*This home is laid over two floors with stairs between them. Both bedrooms are on the upper floor.
*Guest five would be on a sofa bed in the living room. If you're looking for a home with ample space for socialising, we'd recommend this home for four guests only.
*The pool may only be available to use between April and October – please speak to your host for the exact opening and closing dates.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The decor is minimalist and a little generic. Those looking for a more characterful stay may wish to look elsewhere.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car. Free on-site parking is available.

Cancellation Policy (Super Firm 60 Day):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 60 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 60 days of local check-in date and time.
