Nestled amidst a lush garden, this stone villa offers a tranquil escape just a ten-minute drive from Pollença’s stunning beaches. Due to its rural setting, you’ll need a car to explore, although that’s a perk rather than a fault – it would be hard to beat this picturesque location. There’s a pool with ample room for relaxation and an alfresco dining area here, complete with a barbecue for those evenings of wine and laughter. The interior may appear slightly dated to some, but that’s part of its charm – however, if you’re after an ultra-modern island mansion, this may not be the one for you.
*While the second bathroom isn’t photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Due to the home's rural location, we think a car is necessary here. There's free parking on the premises.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*Please note that there are some stairs at this home, so guests with mobility issues may find it challenging. However, both bedrooms are on the ground floor.
