Once an old winery, now a charming home, this villa in the heart of old Pézenas is ideally located for guests who want to explore the town's bustling atmosphere. The place is a short walk from numerous shops, restaurants, and museums and a thirty-minute drive from Marseillan Plage Beach. Inside the abode are four air-conditioned bedrooms, including the main sleeping quarters with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, you’ll find a heated swimming pool, a terrace for dining, and a seating area for enjoying a sundowner or two.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. If you’ll be arriving with a larger vehicle, please note the entrance to the property is through an electric gate from a narrow street.
*All four bedrooms are on the first floor, accessed via a flight of stairs. As a result, this home may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
*During the summer months, the Pézenas Estivales festival takes place every Friday night, so there may be extra noise during your stay. Light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.
