*This home is laid out over two floors with internal stairs between them. For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*Please note that the mezzanine-style twin bedroom under the eaves is not suitable for very young children
*This home has a gated entrance and driveway to a covered parking area that is shared with the two sister properties within the grounds. There is also a separate private parking space for the house. The villa is completely separate and independent from the two sister properties, which have their own private grounds.
