Situated between Pollença Old Town and Port de Pollença – this home’s location is the best of both worlds. With beautiful far-reaching rural vistas to the mountains, the garden and pool area is a great place to relax. Ideal for extended families, there’s a separate cabana with a double bedroom, en-suite shower room, small kitchenette, and terrace, separate from the main house. When you want to explore the area, Pollença Old Town with its variety of restaurants, shops, and cafes is an eight-minute drive, while Port de Pollença with its extensive sandy beach is eleven minutes by car.
*In addition to the main house, a separate cabana offers further accommodation, accessed via a pathway through the gardens. It has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, TV, small kitchenette and its own terrace with views over the gardens and surrounding countryside.
*Air conditioning usage is on a timer (twelve hours per day).
*Palma airport is fifty-five minutes by car.

Cancellation Policy (Firm):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 7 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 7 days of local check-in date and time.
