If you’re seeking a rustic and rural spot for a Sicilian stay, this villa doesn't disappoint. As we said, it’s a little rustic but it’s got authentic charm. The kitchen is on the minimal side, so you’ll only be able to prepare simpler dishes – that said, you’ll want to maximise your time soaking up the sun by the pool and sipping Grillo on the terrace anyway. And when you’re ready to explore, you’ve got Mount Etna on your doorstep and the bustling city of Catania just 20km away.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
*The décor here is on the simpler side – we've made an exception to let this one into the collection on account of its great location.
*You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals. You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend picking up some bits and bobs to get you started. The nearest supermarket is 600m away.
*Your host can provide an extra bed for a child (up to 12 years) upon request.
*Your host provides a twice-weekly change of bathroom towels – this will take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
