Situated in the popular area of Fontane Bianche, this villa is ideal for those wanting to be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars. It’s also the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area including Syracuse, Mount Etna Park and the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile. Outside at the villa itself, there’s a garden with gorgeous sea views overlooking a rocky beach, a sun terrace with Jacuzzi and a covered dining area with a barbecue. Inside there’s a beachy vibe and more of those lovely Mediterranean Sea vistas too.
*Guest four would be on a sofa bed in the living room. The use of the single sofa bed is on request. We feel that this house is better suited for three people due to the wardrobe space.
*The Jacuzzi is only available for use between 1st March and 30th November.
*There's a laundry room (with a second shower) accessed from outside.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free.
*The nearest beach is 10 metres away (rocky), while the nearest sandy beach is 1 kilometre away. The closest amenities include a delicatessen 700 metres and a restaurant 900 metres from this home.
*Catania airport is 80 kilometres away, while Syracuse train station is 15 kilometres from this house.
