Charming and traditional, this Dalmatian stone house sits in the heart of the picturesque village of Sumartin, within walking distance of the beach as well as some vibrant restaurants, shops and bars in the village centre. Here, you'll find a sparkling swimming pool in the lush garden, as well as a covered dining terrace that makes a great spot to sip on a beer while you admire the idyllic village landscape around you. Inside is warm and welcoming, while a little lacking in space – but with the Croatian sunshine beaming down, you'll likely want to live alfresco here anyway.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay – there is private parking here.
*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the main bedroom.
*Though there's enough bed space for seven people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. We'd recommend a maximum guest count of six.
