The outside space is the focal point with its heated swimming pool, covered terrace for alfresco dining, and balcony – the perfect spot for a sundowner. There’s even a private jetty for mooring. Your host provides a welcome dinner on the first night, and while the kitchen’s fully equipped, if you don’t fancy cooking during the rest of your time here, you’re a short drive from Menaggio’s charming restaurants.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s parking for up to seven cars on the premises.
*There’s a pedestrian footpath that runs along the shore between the lake and the property. However, the windows are soundproofed so you shouldn’t be disturbed too much.
*The swimming pool (heated from the second week of May until the third week of September) isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. Your host can also provide a cot upon request.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*All of the beds can be arranged as doubles or singles upon request.
