Located just a ten-minute walk from Soiano, on the shores of beautiful Lake Garda, this villa is ideally suited for exploring the towns in the area. You'll find sandy beaches just 4km away, as well as the Garda Golf Centre 2km from your door. It's also a great destination for hikers and cyclists after scenic trails along the lake. With a large garden, complete with a swimming pool, sun terrace, shaded dining area and play area for the kids, the home offers complete privacy and space to stretch out. Inside, there are also plenty of bright and spacious living areas to relax, with one double bedroom having access to a private balcony overlooking the idyllic surroundings.
*Due to the location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's private parking for up to five cars here.
*The villa is spread over three levels with internal stairs, so it might not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
*At full occupancy, two people will be sleeping on a double sofa bed in the second lower-floor bedroom. The twin bedroom can be made into a double by pushing the beds together.
*The swimming pool is unfenced, so please supervise children at all times.
