Nestled among olive groves, this lovely villa is located just a few kilometres outside of Ostuni. The villa is spread over two independent levels, each with its own living area and kitchen – making this home ideal for spending quality time with your loved ones, while also maintaining some privacy. The property boasts a nicely-sized garden with a private pool, as well as seating areas which lend themselves perfectly to enjoying home-cooked meals together. A thirty-minute walk brings you to the heart of Ostuni, with a vast choice of bars and eateries, while a ten-minute drive takes you to the closest beach.
*You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. The pool is only available for use between 1st May and 30th September.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking for up to three cars here. There are also two bikes at your disposal here.
