This villa overlooks the town of Bellagio and enjoys stunning mountain views. The kitchen and certain bathrooms might be a little dated, but the range of amenities makes this home great for families or couples. The wine cellar is well-stocked and the home gym is well-equipped, while the sauna and private pool offer fun and relaxation for all ages. Topping it all off is the private pool with sweeping views of Lake Como. We love this location not only for its beauty but for its practicality – you'll want a car for ease of getting around, but it's only a two-minute drive to the nearest restaurants and shops.
*Not all bathrooms are photographed, but we expect consistency in style and quality throughout this home.
*There is space to park for free outside this home for up to three cars. We recommend hiring a car here to make the most of your stay.
*This home is spread over three floors with two bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second – it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
*The wi-fi can be temperamental here. It might be worth bringing a personal hotspot device with you.
*A gardening service, pool maintenance and cleaning twice weekly are provided for free during your stay.
*The pool is available from 1st June to 30th September and can be heated upon request. It has counter-current swimming and hydro jets.
