Practical in all the right ways, this minimalist home sits near the western shores of Laka Garda. You can't beat the location. It's just a short stroll to the lakefront promenade and beaches, not to mention only 250 metres from the restaurants, gelaterias, and shops in Toscolano. Back home, a sunny garden and private pool provide plenty of entertainment. A couple of sofa beds keep sleeping arrangements flexible here, and while some of the design is a little dated, we think it'll do just fine for a family getaway.
*The lower-ground floor houses the sixth bedroom. Alongside the double bed and double sofa bed, there's a small kitchenette and dining area. The study also has a double sofa bed. However, the guest count here can't exceed ten guests.
*We suggest hiring a car in this location. There's private parking here for up to three cars.
*The pool is unfenced. Children must be supervised at all times.
*The fuss-free, minimalist style may not suit everyone. It also feels a little dated in parts.
