Part of a sprawling villa in the Chianti region, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, this home is the perfect place to relax. Having a car is a must here, especially if you want to visit Florence (36 kilometres) and Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (7 kilometres). Guests will occupy the right wing of the house, which is spread over four levels. While each bedroom is comfortable, the double room on the highest floor provides the best views of the countryside. Plus, there’s a fitness room, swimming pool and hot tub, and areas to dine or relax in the sunshine.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. Your host can also provide a cot and high chair upon request.
*This is a lived-in home so it has some signs of wear and tear.
*A portion of the villa isn’t accessible to guests as it’s inhabited by the host. Guests, however, have exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool.
*Unfortunately, this home is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

Cancellation Policy (Super Firm 60 Day):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 60 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
