The Palm Tower
The location of this villa is unbeatable. Restaurants, shops, and Puerto del Carmen's kilometre-long beach are less than a ten-minute walk away, so exploring on foot is a piece of cake. On the days you want to take it easy, swap a dip in the Atlantic for a swim in the private pool. There's also a sunny roof terrace, where you can perch with a glass of wine and admire distant ocean views. The fuss-free interiors won't be winning any awards for style, but they're comfortable nonetheless. We think it's a convenient option for families wanting to be close to the action.
*There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor. The roof terrace requires steps.
*While air conditioning is available in the three bedrooms, it's unavailable in the living area.
*Your host can provide a complimentary cot and high chair – this must be requested at the time of booking, and you'll need to bring your own cot linen.
*Complimentary pool towels are included with your stay. Pool heating is also included – please with speak your host to arrange.
*Although a car isn't necessary to explore the local area, we suggest hiring one for adventures further afield. There's off-road parking here.
*The washing machine is in a utility area accessed from the outside.

Cancellation Policy (Moderate):
Guests receive a full refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 30 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 7 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 7 days of local check-in date and time.
