When it comes to experiencing the city in style, ask your host to arrange a personal shopper for you or to organise a boat excursion, cooking class and a guided city tour. Alternatively, take to the streets for your own day of adventure – you’ve got plenty to see and do within easy reach. The Rialto Bridge is a three-minute walk, St Mark’s Square is a six-minute stroll and the Doge's Palace is ten minutes away on foot.
