*There’s space around the dining table for eight guests, so at full occupancy, you won’t all be able to dine together.
*The minimum booking age for this home is 25 unless approved by your host before booking.
*There’s a private dock at this home. Your host’s boat is parked at the dock, and they can access it via a side entrance – their boat is strictly off-limits to guests. Young children should also be supervised on the dock and around the pool.
*Your host can provide four beach chairs, a cooler, and a beach cart.
