Positioned in the coastal town of Voula on the Athenian Riviera, this apartment puts you within 700 metres of the beach. It’s a laid-back spot, yet the hustle and bustle of Athens is just a short drive up the coast. Guests here have access to a central shared swimming pool and there’s a private balcony set up for meals outside – you can spot the sea in the distance from here. Inside, the decor is a little on the dated side, but the rooms are big and bright. The kitchen, though sparse-looking, has all the basics you need for self-catering.
*The swimming pool is shared with other apartments within the complex and has opening hours set by the building's manager.
*One of the bedrooms contains a small double which is listed as a single. There is room for an additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room.
*We think some areas of this home could do with a refresh. In particular, the main bathroom looks a little dated.
*Smoking is permitted but only on the balcony, not inside the home.
*This apartment is on the fourth floor so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
*Parking is available in the building's garage.
