This modern villa enjoys a prime position, five minutes’ drive from the beaches of the Ligurian coast (Bocca di Magra is the closest). The famous Cinque Terre route is an ideal day trip, where colourful fishing villages dot the cliffs. This villa would suit those that don’t like a lot of clutter as it is sparsely furnished with the essentials for a holiday in the sun. It consists of a main villa with a large living room, fully-equipped kitchen and dining for the group, plus a separate dependence with its own small kitchen and living room. The highlight is the private pool with loungers and dining on the terrace as the Ligurian hills rise in the background.
*At capacity, two guests will be on a double sofa bed in one of the bedrooms, so four people would be sharing one room.
*The bedroom with a sofa bed is in a separate dependence in the garden.
*Well-behaved dogs are welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*In a fairly remote location, having a car is recommended and there is private parking for up to six cars.
