This well-appointed apartment serves up some beautiful views over Lake Como and the mountains beyond. It's a bright and functional space with sliding patio doors that opens up the home. The furnished terrace is a lovely spot for alfresco meals and Aperols in the sunshine. Downstairs, you'll also have free access to the shared swimming pool for cooling off. At capacity, two people will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the communal living area – though there are no curtains, so if you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask. It's also worth noting that it takes a short drive to reach the surrounding provinces.
*At full occupancy, two people will be sleeping on a double sofa bed in the living room.
*The host can provide a baby cot and a high chair, at an extra cost.
*The living space lacks curtains, so if you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
*Access to the apartment is via a shared entrance. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay.
*You'll have free use of the communal swimming pool – you'll need to request this in advance. The pool is open from 1st June - 30th September.
*Due to the location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's on-site parking available.

*Your host can arrange additional services for you for a fee, including airport transfers, bike rentals, classic car rentals with and without drivers, private chefs, boat trips, babysitting, restaurant bookings, flower delivery, photo shoots, helicopter trips, spa and wellness experiences, delivery points, and sports activities.
*Pets are allowed upon request for an additional fee of 50 EUR.
Cancellation Policy (Super Firm):
Guests receive a 50% refund of the total booking value for cancellations made at least 14 days before the local check-in date and time which is specified in the booking confirmation email.
No refund for cancellation requested within 14 days of local check-in date and time.
